Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Gabriel had his first contact with art when he was 15 years old, with ballet and contemporary dance classes. Two years later he joined the folkloric dance company of his state, where he starts to be in touch with his roots and falls in love with his culture and traditions. After several years working in his home town as a dancer and choreographer, he moved to Mexico city in order to continue with his profesional training as a performing Artist. He began his profesional studies in classical dance, and he also discovered new styles such as jazz, hip-hop, fosse, tap dance, latin rhythms and musicals.

Due to his quest to be a multidisciplinary artist, he auditioned to a circus program in Mexico, where he  encountered the swinging trapeze and fell in love with this discipline.

His passion for this discipline made him take a great leap in his career. In 2018 he was accepted in the National Circus School of Montreal to be trained with the Victor Fomine.

Artistically he has alwas found a way to mix his artistic discipline with his roots and cultural heritage.

 For him the  greatest source of inspiration is the place where he was born.

The music ,the culture and the colors of Oaxaca keep him connected to his roots and through swinging trapeze, he seeks to show to the world a part of his essences as a human being.
